In the TÜV training study 2024, almost half of the companies surveyed stated that adapting to digitalization and new work had a massive impact on their companies, and more than a third viewed new agile working methods as a decisive factor. The NEW WORK EVOLUTION itself is the best example of how relevant new work is now for many companies: started in 2022 as a special show of the LEARNTEC digital education trade fair, it has been an independent trade fair since 2023 with continuous growth in space and numerous new formats. The exhibitors and partners at NEW WORK EVOLUTION from May 6th to 8th in Karlsruhe will show how broad the topic has become.

Trade visitors can expect around 60 exhibitors and partners as well as more than 80 speakers and podcasters on the four stages in Hall 3. The focus of the trade fair and experience world is on the four key topics of People & Culture, DE&I, Technology and Offices.

People & Culture: YourCoaches are presenting their new management program KOMPASS for the first time as part of the NEW WORK EVOLUTION and inviting you to a workshop for personality-oriented team development. Perspektur presents its Change Management Playbook on site and provides information about multiplier training and intercultural change management. Emendare has another trade fair premiere in its luggage: its modular micro-training is an approach for individual support for companies on their way to an adaptive organization. The specialist publisher Franz Vahlen presents innovations from its editing and inspiring specialist literature on New Work, agility and leadership.

In the section Technology Stratos is included, among other things. Their software solution guides companies through decision-making processes in a structured manner and makes New Work methods accessible to traditional companies as well. With its app, Probonio supports the management of employee benefits - whether benefits in kind, meal allowances, mobility budgets and other tax-free offers for employees. Exhibitor Zgoll is presenting a mixed reality app that bundles existing software applications in buildings such as room booking, workplace booking, building control in a user interface and displays them where they are needed via mixed reality. Adacor's trade fair appearance revolves around artificial intelligence in the HR sector.

DE&I: Berufsundfamilie advises and provides information about audits on diversity and family-friendly offerings at work and at university. The Kreissparkasse Böblingen offers a look into practice - and presents in workshops how New Work, diversity and mental health are implemented at regional savings banks.

In the topic block Office The focus is on planning offices and furniture manufacturers. The raum rebelen rely on sustainable and flexible spatial concepts. Future Office provides information about its Active Office solutions that are intended to motivate more movement in the office. Wow tomorrow makes the quality of offices measurable with its “Workspace Performance Insights” and shows how well the respective office supports employees in their work.

Lily Kruse, Future Founder of the exhibitor HYBEAM, a provider of mixed reality solutions for hybrid workshops, says: "For me, the NWE is an event all about change and empowerment.
