Massage Chair World takes over Allgäuer Massagetechnik

We are pleased to announce that Massagesessel Welt has successfully taken over the renowned Allgäuer Massagetechnik, market leader in the equipment of nursing and senior citizens' facilities. Michael Roedeske and his wife Manuela Radu will continue to run the brand under the umbrella of Massagesessel Welt. Eugen Maier, founder and inventor of the Allgäu massage technique, will provide us with advice.

This acquisition strengthens Massagesessel Welt's presence in the B2B sector and is a key step in our growth strategy. 

Allgäuer Massagetechnik has been in the massage chair business for 30 years and has installed more than 5,720 chairs in over 600 facilities, including hospitals, nursing homes and businesses. Massagesessel Welt will take over sales, patents, production and service on site, with production being relocated to our headquarters in Remstal (Baden-Württemberg). This expansion creates new jobs in the Remstal.

The integration of Allgäu massage technology under the umbrella of Massagesessel Welt preserves the tradition of one of the few German manufacturers of massage chairs. The Allgäuer Massagetechnik products will not only continue with their proven quality, but we will also open up new markets in Europe. This acquisition underlines our commitment to providing our customers with excellent products and services while strengthening the German massage chair market.
